What we collect
- The business name and city you enter to run a scan.
- Your email address, if you give it to unlock the full breakdown or receive re-scan alerts.
- Your Google account basics (name, email, profile photo) if you choose to sign in with Google.
- Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
- Standard usage analytics (pages viewed, scan started/completed) to understand and improve the product.
Why we collect it
To run your AI-visibility report, deliver and save your results, send the weekly re-scan alerts you opt into, and process subscription payments. We only read public AI answers and public web sources — never your private records, accounts, or customer data.
Google sign-in
Signing in with Google is optional and only used to create your account and sync your saved scans across devices. We request the minimum profile scope and never post on your behalf.
No selling or sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing. We share data only with the service providers needed to run Get Picked AI (e.g. Stripe for payments, Google Firebase for accounts/hosting, our analytics provider).
Cookies, analytics & advertising
We use cookies / local storage to keep you signed in and remember your scan. Only after you accept our cookie banner do we load analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising pixels (Meta, TikTok, and Reddit) — used to measure our funnel and the performance of the ads that may have brought you here. You can decline, and essential functionality still works; nothing analytics- or ad-related loads until you consent.
Data retention & your regional rights
We keep your scan, account, and lead data only as long as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it on request. Depending on where you live (e.g. the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to opt out of sale/share (we don't sell). To exercise any of these, email support@getpickedai.com. Our scans are automated — they read public AI answers and public web sources; they make no decision that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you.
Deletion & your rights
You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing support@getpickedai.com. We'll remove your stored email, scans, and account on request.
